We are the legacy of a master mechanic, brought into the modern age by Mike Georgos, a chief mechanic and the heart of our operations. Mike, the son of our founder, has been intertwined with engines, shocks, and struts since his early years. His expertise, akin to the robust and reliable 1988 Ford Ranger, is the backbone of our service excellence.

Javier Ramos ( Technician Extraordinaire)
Javier Ramos, our dynamic and skilled Technician, embodies a blend of enthusiasm, confidence, and reliability. Originating from Puerto Rico and raised in New Jersey, Javier's passion for auto mechanics sparked early, honing his skills in a salvage yard where he meticulously dismantled and understood every car that arrived. Away from the workshop, Javier is an adventurer at heart. Whether he's fishing, dirt biking, jet skiing, or hiking, he loves spending quality time outdoors with his family. His diverse interests and vibrant energy not only enrich his personal life but also bring a unique vigor to our team at Action Auto & Tire Company.
Rusty Rooster - Shop Foreman and Seasoned Expert
Rusty Rooster, our Shop Foreman, brings an invaluable four decades of experience to our team. Known for his calm and often quiet demeanor, Rusty is the epitome of a self-motivated professional who prides himself on autonomy and precision in his work. He thrives in an environment where he can exercise his skills without micromanagement, consistently delivering outstanding results in a range of services including smog checks, brake services, inspections, electrical work, and A/C and heating repairs. At the core of Rusty's work ethic are the principles of honesty and hard work, values that he upholds in every task he undertakes. Outside the workshop, Rusty's passions lie in spending time with his dogs and indulging in his love for motorcycles. He has a particular fondness for Harley Davidson, Toyota, and Chevrolet, reflecting his diverse interests and expertise in the automotive world. Rusty's dedication and wealth of knowledge make him a cornerstone of our team at Action Auto & Tire Company.
Orozco - Master Technician and Devoted Craftsman
Orozco, our Master Technician, is as reliable and dependable as his favorite motorcycle, the 1983 Honda CB 125. These traits are a cornerstone of his work ethic and personality, making him a valued member of the Action Auto & Tire Company team. He cherishes the freedom and appreciation he finds in our workplace, where he can fully engage in his passion for auto repair.
Originally from Guatemala, Orozco is not only dedicated to his craft but also deeply values time spent with his family, embracing activities that bring them together. His favorite quote, “Thank God for life,” reflects his gratitude and positive outlook, aspects that he brings into every aspect of his work. Orozco's expertise, coupled with his appreciation for life and family, makes him an integral part of our team and a favorite among our customers.
Parker Dunn - Technician and Rising Star
Parker Dunn, the youngest member of our team at Action Auto & Tire Company, brings a fresh and dynamic energy to his role as a Technician. His ambition, eagerness to learn, and innate talent make him an invaluable asset to our team. His enthusiasm for cars is evident in his admiration for models like the Acura Integra, Subaru Impreza, and Ford Raptor.
Fully skilled in a range of services, Parker handles everything from routine oil changes and brake work to comprehensive engine repairs. He views Action Auto not just as a workplace, but as a family, thriving in our team-oriented environment. Raised in San Clemente, Parker's background includes skateboarding, dirt biking, and a lifelong passion for working on cars and motorcycles.
